Reasons to Drink Distilled Bottled Water
My reasons are that I have to take lots of pills every day
I know, water, water everywhere, but which water is best for my needs? I’ve decided to drink only water that has been distilled. These are my reasons.
I must take many pills daily. A lot means 42-45 pills a day. That’s a lot. I must swallow each and every one of them without getting to sick to take them.
I have osteoporosis and have been required to take natural calcium bone pills each day
Because of some of the medications I have had to take, I now have other aliments. I have to get down more pills to counter these ailments. For example, I developed osteoporosis and have had to get down calcium pills each day. This resulted from all of the Prednisone, because of my Crohn’s disease. As a result, I am required to take two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to help with my osteoporosis. That is the reason why I have to take a great number of drugs daily. While doing this, I often find it very hard because of the chemicals that have been added to our tap water.
Maybe it is unavoidable, but this area seems to have water with a high chlorine level. I can taste it easily. I get legally required and published water analyses that tell me the local water has chemicals added for many reasons. These chemicals worry me.
I expect that some chemicals would be there, because the water comes from natural places. Nevertheless, the additives are a problem for me. The water company serves so many people, and they have to make sure that our tap water is safe to drink. Read the water analyses that your water company gives you, and you’ll see what I mean. While ignorance might seem to be bliss, I’m actually glad I read them.
With distilled bottled water, I can take all my drugs, vitamins and supplements
Several years ago my uncle came to visit me and we had a discussion about water quality. He is on the road quite a bit, and he commented that he travels with distilled water. Why, I asked? He said that this is the one water he can be sure of. Besides, you can buy distilled, purified water in any grocery store.
That was interesting. I had only used distilled water for ironing and wetting baby wipes. Since his visit, I’ve had even more intestinal problems. Because of these problems, I now have to get down an increased number of pills. To deal with the nutritional side effects of Crohn’s Disease, I also must take vitamins and supplements, including multivitamins and extra vitamin C along with a calcium pyruvate 4000 supplement because of dietary deficiencies.
Crohns Disease causes me to be very affected by odors that make it so that I can’t keep my medicine down. So, I’ve decided to drink only distilled water, because I must always get down all my drugs and vitamins every day.
